What's Going On

The heart in teaching our young people is to empower them to approach everything in this life from a Biblical world view. There is no more important thing in this world than a real, heartfelt relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that relationship comes by getting to know him through his Word. To that end, our Sunday School Curriculum is designed much like our adult teaching to go through the Bible book by book and teach it in its entirety. We attempt to do this in an entertaining way while building a lasting relationship with your kids.

If you would like to see a sample of the teaching we currently use for ages 4 through 6th grade you can do so here (www.biblestudyguide.com). If you have any questions or are interested in serving in the children’s ministry please email us at info@ccf-indy.com

Our desire is to meet the spiritual needs of our youth. We want to instill God-given principles in our young people so they will be rooted and grounded in their faith and each will fulfill the calling that Jesus has on their lives.

We meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm for Bible Study and have numerous ongoing events throughout the year, including mission trips during the summer.

We believe worship of God is a Christ-honoring sacrificial lifestyle (Romans 12:1).  Christians are called to worship in the midst of every situation through sacrifice, humility, wholehearted obedience to the Lord, and a desire to see Him exalted.  When we gather on Sunday mornings (and at other times) for corporate worship, our aims are to honor Jesus and to equip His Saints to live out that calling.

“God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” – John 4:24

We believe that the leading of the Holy Spirit is never in conflict with Biblical precepts (1 John 4:1), and that true worship only glorifies Jesus Christ.  As such, we follow the Bible’s guidelines for our times together–prayer, singing, sound doctrine, orderliness–while at the same time remaining flexible and yielded to the leading of the Holy Spirit, acknowledging that He is our teacher and guide (John 14:26).

We have Small Groups for a number of reasons. The main one being that we believe the Bible was meant to be read, understood, applied and discussed in community. Galations 6:2 says “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ”.  Small Groups are designed to cultivate an environment where love and support for each other can be expressed. John 13:35, “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Check the CCF Calendar for Small/Home Group meeting times and locations.

We desire to be a group of believers committed to corporate prayer, who will petition the Lord for the spiritual needs of CCF and the Body of Christ. We are dedicated to praying for revival in our Fellowship as well as in our city, our state, our country and the world.

Ephesians 6:18, “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the nations.”

We meet on Wednesday evenings at 5:45 pm. Check the CCF Calendar for details. Refuge, a prayer and worship time, meets every other Friday at 7:00 pm. We also pray before the Sunday worship service at 9:30am.
