Welcome to our website. We are delighted in your interest to know more about Calvary Christian Fellowship of Indianapolis. Calvary Christian has many distinctive characteristics that are attractive to those seeking to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We place a great emphasis on knowing God’s Word. We don’t just simply teach from the Bible but we actually teach the Bible. We believe that “verse-by-verse” teaching of God’s Word matures and builds up believers in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Spiritual growth and maturity are vital if we are to carry out the Great Commission and reach the world with the Gospel. It is especially vital if we are going to live lives that reflect the love of Christ within our homes and communities.

One of our guiding passages is:

Colossians 1:28-29  “Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily.”

We are committed to teach the whole counsel of God from Genesis to Revelation and we rely on the book of Acts as the model for how the church is to function.

And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. (Acts 2:42)

We allow Jesus to have the preeminence in our worship, study, prayer, and fellowship. We believe that Jesus is building His church and we are excited to have the privilege to be a part of His work. As new creations in Christ, we are extremely excited about the adventure we are on at Calvary.

Our services are disarming, casual, and Jesus focused. We provide a comfortable, distraction-free environment in which to worship, grow in God’s Word, and fellowship. Visitors are always welcome.
